Reachio Terms of Service
Draft pending legal review. Until it is approved, the shared Talivio texts at talivio.com/privacy, talivio.com/terms and talivio.com/legal/dpa apply.
These terms apply to Reachio in addition to the Talivio Terms of Service (https://talivio.com/terms), the Acceptable Use Policy (https://talivio.com/acceptable-use) and the Data Processing Agreement (https://talivio.com/legal/dpa).
1. The service. Reachio lets customers connect third-party social media, advertising and messaging accounts and act on them: publish content, answer comments and messages, create and change advertising campaigns, install tracking and produce reports and creatives.
2. Your authority. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. If you are an agency, you confirm that each client has authorized you to connect its accounts to Reachio and to let Reachio process its data on its behalf.
3. Third-party platform terms. When you use Reachio with a platform you must also comply with that platform's terms: YouTube (by using YouTube features in Reachio you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Google Ads and Google Business Profile policies, Meta Terms and Commercial Terms, LinkedIn User Agreement, TikTok Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation, X Terms of Service, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Ads terms, Pinterest, Telegram, Bluesky and Mastodon terms. Platforms may change or withdraw features; we are not responsible for their availability and may adjust Reachio accordingly.
4. Advertising changes and spend. You decide and approve every change to your advertising accounts. Reachio applies approved changes as instructed and records them; it does not guarantee results. Ad spend is billed by the platforms directly to the advertiser. You can disconnect an ad account at any time and regain sole control of it immediately.
5. Platform usage fees. Some platforms charge for API use (for example X). Where you use Reachio's own connection to such a platform, we pass the platform's fee through at cost, shown before you publish; you can instead connect your own developer credentials.
6. AI features. AI outputs may be inaccurate; review them before publishing. AI-generated images and videos are labelled. You own the outputs you create, subject to third-party rights. We do not train shared models on your content.
7. Content and conduct. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with advertising law (including political advertising, disclosure of paid partnerships and consumer protection rules). We may suspend publishing that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or a platform's rules.
8. Data. We process customer data under our DPA. When you disconnect an account or close your workspace we delete the related data as described in the Reachio Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension by platforms. If a platform suspends or limits our access, we will tell you promptly; we are not liable for interruptions caused by a platform.
