Customer story · Talivio
Talivio runs its own marketing on Reachio.
Talivio builds Reachio, and it is also its first customer. Its products’ posts, ads, search data and content moved from its own back office into one Reachio brand on November 2, 2026. Talivio’s website no longer keeps any social, ads or search code: it asks Reachio’s API.
Talivio Technology OÜ makes Reachio, so this is our own use, not an independent review. The figures were counted from Reachio’s live database on November 3, 2026; no money, spend or revenue is shown.

Before
Talivio’s website carried its own code for social posting, ad accounts, ad changes and Search Console. Every new network or report meant more code inside a site whose job is selling the products.
After
All of it lives in Reachio: one brand, 44 product tags, one approval chain. The website is an API client: it reads results, search figures and attention items with 3 API keys, and anything it asks to change waits for the same approvals as in the panel.
How it is set up
One brand, many products
Each product has a tag with its website, colours and logo. Posts, campaigns (by name prefix), creatives and catalog items carry the tag, so every screen can show one product or all of them.
Organic with approvals
121 posts came over from the old system with their approvals pinned, so scheduled ones kept going out. 81 channel versions have been published so far.
Ads under change sets
19 campaigns, 150 keywords and 414 negative keywords are synced every hour. Every pause, budget or bid change is a change set: 37 were made in Reachio since the move, the rest is history carried over.
Search Console, kept apart
9 Search Console properties: talivio.com and client sites Talivio looks after. Client sites are reported one by one and never added into Talivio’s own figures.
Content in one place
Articles published on Talivio’s own blogs are imported every hour, tagged by product, and sit next to the drafts made in Reachio.
The website as an API client
Talivio’s site reads Reachio through /api/v1 with keys limited by permission. A key acts as the member who made it, so the approvals and the audit log are the same as in the panel.
What is still open
- Talivio connects with its own platform apps, imported into Reachio. Reachio’s own public approvals are still in progress, so other agencies cannot connect those networks yet; see Integrations.
- Talivio’s ads run on Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Apple Ads; TikTok, Pinterest and X ads are not part of this story.
