Test Lab

See how an audience reacts before you spend.

A panel of simulated personas from your audience looks at the real creative and answers. Use it to compare ideas; Reachio labels it a simulated reaction, never a forecast.

A Test Lab result in Reachio comparing two creatives with scores, dimensions and persona feedback.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Describe the audience

Reachio builds a panel of 10–50 personas with 12 traits, at least one in five a skeptic by design.

  2. Step 2

    Show the real thing

Images, carousels, video frames or text: the personas see what you would publish, in batches of five.

  3. Step 3

    Read the scores

Six scored dimensions become one 0–100 score per platform, with written feedback from each persona.

  4. Step 4

    Compare with reality

When a tested creative runs as an ad, its score is compared with the real click-through rate.

What you can do

  • Run single tests, surveys, A/B tests and experiments.
  • Get confidence intervals from a seeded bootstrap; experiments with more than two variants are corrected for it.
  • Ask Reachio to improve a creative and test it again, with the lineage kept.
  • Keep a brand memory of what worked, used in later prompts.

Limits, said plainly

  • A simulated reaction for comparing ideas, not a sales forecast.
  • Each test uses the plan’s monthly AI allowance.
  • Calibration needs real ad results: it appears once tested creatives have run.
