Where it comes from
Reachio looks at the brand's own published posts of the last 6 months, as mirrored from each channel, with their likes, comments, shares and saves. Each post is compared with that channel's average post; when the channel's daily follower counts are known, interactions are divided by followers on the day, so a growing channel does not make later hours look better. Posts younger than 2 days are left out while their numbers still move. Nothing comes from other brands, industry averages or AI.
Where you see it
- Statistics: pick a brand and see a weekday × hour map in the brand's time zone, for one channel or all together. A darker cell did better; a cell needs at least 2 posts to get a score.
- Post editor: under the schedule, Suggested times lists the next good times for the chosen channels. A click fills the schedule; you can still change it.
- Calendar: with a brand chosen, each day shows the hours that did clearly better.
Not enough data
A channel needs at least 12 posts with numbers. Until then Reachio says Not enough data yet and suggests nothing, rather than guessing. LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram and Google Business Profile give no per-post numbers yet, so they show no suggestions.
