One post, a version per channel
A post belongs to a brand. Pick the brand's channels and Reachio opens a tab per channel, each with its own text, live character counter and the network's options (first comment, link, YouTube visibility, Pinterest board and so on). The limits are each network's own: 280 weighted characters on X, 3,000 on LinkedIn, 2,200 and 30 hashtags on Instagram, 300 graphemes on Bluesky.
Media comes from the brand's media library or a new upload. Every image needs alt text: without it the post does not go to any network.
Sending for approval
Each brand decides who approves posts, under the brand's Approvals settings:
- Internal: an owner, admin or manager of the agency approves (on by default).
- Client: the brand's client approver approves too (off by default).
Press Send for approval. Approvers get an e-mail in their own language and decide on the post: approve, or ask for changes. If a brand has no approval step, sending approves it at once.
Editing after approval voids it. Change the text, a media file, an alt text or the time, and the post goes back to draft and needs a new approval. Reachio checks the approval again at the moment of publishing.
Approving from your phone
Open Reachio on your phone and add it to the home screen (on iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen, iOS 16.4 or later). Then, under Profile → Phone notifications, turn notifications on for that device and choose what to be told about: something waiting for your approval, new inbox messages, a post that could not be published, a connection that expires.
A notification opens the quick approval page: the pictures or video, each network's text and the time, with Approve and Request changes (a note is needed). It works the same way for ad changes, campaign launches, content and creatives, and a client approver sees only their own brands. Inbox notifications say how many messages arrived, never what they say. There is no app-store app.
Scheduling and publishing
An approved post with a time is published by Reachio within a minute of that time, in the brand's time zone. Publish now does the same within a minute. If one network fails, the others still go out; failed versions are retried after 15, 60 and 240 minutes, then wait for Retry failed channels.
TikTok posts directly only when you press Publish now (or Retry failed channels), with the creator's own choices. TikTok wants the creator to see and confirm each post, so at a scheduled time — and on an automatic retry — Reachio sends the post to the creator's TikTok inbox as a draft instead, and the post's author gets an e-mail (and a phone notification, if switched on) to publish it from the TikTok app.
Calendar, statistics and inbox
- Calendar shows the brand's posts by month or week.
- Statistics keeps a daily snapshot of followers, views, reach and engagement per channel, plus each published post's numbers (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Bluesky).
- Inbox collects comments and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube, replies on Threads and Google reviews with their stars.
An answer goes out as soon as a member who may answer sends it; it is not a post and needs no approval. If your agency wants answers checked first, an owner or admin switches on Inbox answers need approval under Agency settings (off by default): answers then wait in the approvals until an owner, admin or manager approves them, and go out at that moment. Changing a waiting answer withdraws it.
Google allows review content to be kept for at most 30 days, so Reachio empties a review's text, reviewer name and stars 30 days after reading it; your own answer stays. Reachio keeps no totals or averages built from them.
These need a connected channel; see Connect social networks and ad accounts.
