Reachio is built around one chain: agency → client → brand → connection. Set these up in order and every other screen (posts, ads, creatives, tracking) knows where things belong.
1. Create your agency
Sign up at reachio.talivio.com and give your agency a name. The agency is your workspace: your team, your clients and your plan live here. During early access it is free, with no card and no end date. Once paid plans open, a new agency gets 14 days of Agency Pro without a card; owners and admins then choose a plan, extra brands or the API add-on under Agency → Billing and pay by card through Stripe (invoices, card and cancelling are in Stripe’s billing portal). Plans count brands, never seats, so invite as many people as you like.
2. Add a client
A client is who you work for — a company, a shop, a clinic. Open Clients & brands and add one. A client can have several brands. Client approvers and viewers you invite later see only their own client's brands.
3. Add a brand
A brand is what you publish for. It holds its own social channels, ad accounts, tracking tags, brand kit and approval rules. Give the brand its website: Reachio scans it once and fills the brand kit (logo, colours, fonts) where the fields are still empty. You only check the result.
Under the brand's Approvals settings you choose who must say yes before anything goes out: an agency manager, the client, or both. See Posts and the approval chain.
4. Connect the brand's accounts
Open Connections, sign in to a platform and assign what Reachio finds (pages, profiles, ad accounts) to the brand. Your client can also do this themselves from a link you send, without sharing a password. See Connect social networks and ad accounts.
Each platform has to approve Reachio before its accounts can be connected. Telegram and Bluesky connect today with a token; the others open as their approvals land. The integrations directory shows the current state of each one.
What you can do before any platform is connected
- Make on-brand creatives and ad copy in the Studio.
- Write blog articles, e-mails and slide decks.
- Test creatives on a simulated audience in Test Lab.
- Install the consent banner and tag loader on the brand's site.
- Connect your AI assistant over MCP (setup guide).
The Getting started card on your dashboard ticks each step by itself as you finish it.
